Description

Our Egyptologist will pick you up from your place of stay in Cairo to start your tour to the pyramids of Giza, first you will visit the Great Pyramid, where you will see one of the seven man-made wonders of the ancient world., then you will proceed to visit the Valley Temple of Khafre, where the mummification of the king took place and it is the only structure of this kind to have survived from ancient Egypt.

Next you get to visit the Great Sphinx, the most celebrated statue in the history which has the head of a pharaoh and the body of a lion, carved from the rock.

After that you will stop for lunch at a local restaurant before the tour continues to the Egyptian Museum, founded in the 19th century and housing a vast collection of artifacts from over 6,000 years of Egyptian history, including the treasures of Tutankhamun, gold and jewelry that were hidden for centuries until they were discovered in 1922.

Resume driving to the Khan El Khalily oriental bazaar for a walk around before the tour ends.

Finally, you will return to your hotel. Your guide will ensure you have a memorable day!
